What Do We Do Instead?

Focus on understanding your volunteer management team's organizational readiness for changing revenue strategies.

Learning Objectives:

  • Relate the principles of project management to changing revenue strategies
  • Identify “their funders” as opposed to “general” funders
  • Define volunteer management organization creditability and associate it with increased revenue.
