Volunteer Program Management Training Series


The Volunteer Program Management Training is a six-part training series. It will be presented one day a week for three weeks. Each day will include two sessions. You can register for the full series or for your choice of individual sessions.

We will be offering the session in Metairie at the Brown Foundation, 320 Hammond Hwy. 

This series was developed by the Points of Light Foundation and is a high-quality, comprehensive set of courses in volunteer management. Emphasis will be placed on learning the steps to successful volunteer program development; developing volunteer recruitment and supervision skills; and planning ways to improve existing volunteer programs.

We will have training in the Brown Foundation's 4th Floor Conference room. 

Member Rate:  $30 per section or $125 for full series

Non-Member Rate: $45 per section or $200 for full series

 

This training will be scheduled on the Northshore in March, 2015 - depending on interest. Send us a note if you want to attend on the Northshore: susan@dovianeworleans.org.

There will be a lunch break - lunch is on your own. You may stay in the room if you bring your lunch or go out.
